1968 The Beatles Antique Printing Block Rishikesh, Cynthia Lennon/Pattie Harrison.
During the Beatles stay in Rishikesh, Cynthia Lennon & Pattie Harrison went shopping to a local market, they bought this antique printing block while they were there, in 1968 the item was being sold as being in excess of 150 years old so dating it to around 1818, it was in a used condition when purchased, some fabric was created in Rishikesh using this print, the colors being green, blue and burgundy, it is not known what happened to thee fabric, more than likely left behind along with the block itself during the hasty decision to leave,
The print block was acquired and looked after by Krishna Pria Devi Dasi, it was purchased from the individuals exclusive collection.
