    Description

    Beyond rare.  Please see title and photos, which should paint the complete picture.  A very rare press kit from 1972 Communist Romania marketing, for the 1st time, a domestic 4x4.  The Tare, made, I believe, by Romania's Dacia auto company.  This a a very rare press-kit on an early 1970s Iron Curtain offering to the west, likely built by political prisoners in Ceaucescu's slave labor camps.  Just speculation, he was probably the meanest of the commie dictators (exc. Stalin).  Eastern Europe all had car manufacturing companies (Yugo, Skoda, etc.) and this is one of the more rare ones from one of the more 'backward' (yet BEAUTIFUL) countries in the block.
