The Grand Antique Mall, located in Cincinnati, Ohio, presents a ONE POUND Sterling Proof 1995 Elizabeth II + Welsh Dragon Passant Coin in a Royal Mint CASE. The 1995 £1 coin was second of a 4-coin series created to represent the four constituent parts of the United Kingdom. The design was issued only twice, in 1995 and 2000. Obverse: Queen Elizabeth II portrait by Raphael Maklouf. Reverse: Welsh Dragon Passant. Edge inscription, in Latin, is from the Wales National Anthem:
