2004 2£ Coins -200th Anniversary Trevithnick Steam Locomotive -Rare, Royal Mint

I have recently inherited these two coins and know very little about them. Please see packaging for all specific details. I can take additional pictures, but will probably not be able to answer questions. - Sorry.
I am not currently accepting returns.
The one from the Franklin Mint also has 6 Stamps that were issued at the same time. This set of stamps and coin is brand new and has never been removed  the packaging.
The second coin is in a small plastic container, attached to a card that has a description of the coin and the event it celebrates.
