Listed is a 3 medal set that includes Paul VI in solid 18 karat gold, John Paul in sterling silver, and John Paul II in bronze. Both the silver and gold medals have a star-symbol 264 AR, which could be a serial number. This set is quite rare as there are no other examples online and the packaging does not contain any additional information. I did a specific gravity test to verify the composition of the gold coin.The marks on the silver coin in front of the papal tiara appear to be drawn on the surface, rather than scratches.
