Stan Laurel Rare 3 Piece Amatller Chocolate Cards Articulated Figure
Note!  This is a vintage, original, item.
Here we have a vintage, and hard to find, Stan Laurel articulated paper figure. These were distributed by Amatller Chocolates of Spain, circa mid 1930's. The three, die-cut, cromo cards would assemble as shown. Stanley was number 2 out of a total of 10 figures in the set, and you should note that both the Laurel and Hardy figures were mis-printed with there names mixed up. The Stan Laurel base was marked "Oliver Hardi" and vice versa. We currently have all 10 available on eBay. At the time, the bottom corners were scored so they could be folded and the figures would stand on the makeshift base. These have gotten extremely hard to find in nice shape and this one remains in exceptional condition. The slots are intact and the base has never been folded. Approximate size is 2-3/4" at the widest part of the base by an overall height of 6". This will ship assembled, as the main image shows.
