Shipping
Unless otherwise noted all products are shipped FREE of charge. Your blinds will be shipped directly from our manufacturing facility. Sample swatches are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) . Although our blind listings state 15 days estimated handling time, most orders are shipped much faster.As soon as your blinds are shipped, we will post the Fed Ex tracking number.
BLINDS
All blinds products will be shipped FREE of charge to the contiguous 48 states.
We ship via Fed Ex ground. Shipping takes between 2-4 days depending where you are located. We do not ship blinds to PO Boxes, APO, FPO.
BLIND REPAIR COMPONENTS
Most blind repair components are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Larger packages will be shipped via Smart Post. These items are available to ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO.

Returns
Since our blinds are custom made to your specifications, we go the extra mile to make sure your purchase is exactly what you want.Once you order is paid, you will receive a message from our Customer Care Department asking you to confirm that the item you purchased is exactly what you want.After receiving this confirming message, you will have 48 hrs to notify us of any corrections you may want.
Unless we hear otherwise, we will process the order as you originally submitted. This is in order that we adhere to eBay’s strict shipping policy. Your order is immediately transmitted electronically to our production facility for processing.
You may cancel your order only when it can be stopped before it is processed for production.If cancellation is possible, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account.However, once your order has been processed by our manufacturing facility and scheduled into production. we are unable to cancel or change your order.We encourage you to contact us if you have any questions prior to placing your order.

We recommend that you to inspect all shipments upon arrival. If you find your product was damaged in transit, please have the delivery person note the damage before you accept delivery. Contact our Customer Care Department within 7 days or receiving your blinds . All our products are backed by manufacturer's warranties.
f you find that your product is defective or malfunctioning or not the measurements, you order.You will need to take a picture of the inside of the headrail. You will find a sticker with a UPC code we need a picture of this label. Additionally, please take a picture showing any damage. If it is a size problem please take a metal measuring tape and place it next to the blind(s) showing the actual width or length.
In the event you choose to return these custom-made blinds for any other reason than manufacturing defects, size or color errors, please be advised that you will have to pay for the return shipping costs and we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee . We abide by eBay's 30 day custom made return policy
